Studio Policies
- All photography is subject to sales tax, currently 8.5% in San Francisco.
- Until the retainer has been paid and contract signed, your session or
event is not reserved.
- Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment is due in full on the date specified on your contract or at
the time of order for enlargements and albums.
- Sessions or events cancelled within 30 days of the session or event date reserved are subject to payment
in full.
- Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee and an additional $50 late
fee every 30 days thereafter. No services will be provided or goods
delivered until payment is made in full.
- Bounced checks and credit card charge-backs are subject to a $50 processing
fee in addition to any applicable late payment fees.
- We reserve the right to terminate any contract within 5 business days
if any portion of the payment has not been made in full or within
5 days of a bounced check if a replacement check has not been delivered.
- Our liability on any service shall be limited to the amount paid on the
contract or invoice.
- Purchase of photographs does not include reproduction or publishing rights
unless specified in the contract.
